General Mobile Notary Signing: $55 (under 40 miles from Downtown Houston)

$85 (over 40 miles from Downtown Houston)

Mobile Notary Loan Signing Fees:

Loan Closing - Refinance: $150  

1 hour (includes two signers)

Loan Closing - Purchase: $150              

1 hour (includes two signers)

Loan Closing - Seller: $150                  

1 hour (includes two signers)

Loan Closing - Reverse Mortgage: $200  1 hour (includes two signers)

Loan Closing- HELOC: $250

1 hour (includes two signers)

Note: If additional time over an hour is needed there is a $50 fee.

Our remote online real estate loan signings services allow us to complete closings completely online.Standard Signing Agent Fees (prices based on 1 – 2 signers and single loan. Additional fees for more than two signers and/or more than one loan)

Remote Loan Signing Extra Fees

More than two signers: $25.00

Email documents and/or printing needed: $25.00  (up to 130 pages)
Fax Backs  Start @ $25.00 (critical docs – less than 50 pages)

**Fee for after hour signings between 7 pm - 8 am is an additional $100 per service
